BBQ Baked Ribs
Here it is - the last in my mini series with the New Yorkshire Emporium! And I think I've saved the best til last...
These ribs are, quite simply, lip-smackingly delicious. Not only that, this is possibly the easiest recipe on the whole blog. They're sweet, sticky, spicy and super tender. You have to make this dish!
BBQ Baked Ribs
Serves 4-6
By'eck BBQ Rub
1kg rack of pork ribs
150g barbecue sauce (I used New Yorkshire Emporium)
Preheat the oven to 150C. Line a baking tray with foil. Massage the rub all over ribs and place on the prepared tray. Cover with foil and bake until very tender - this should take around 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to high. Remove the foil from ribs and brush both sides with the barbecue sauce. Grill until the sauce starts to caramelise - around 5 minutes.
